01. Is it possible to hire only one of your services?

Yes. Although we like to focus on two or more services, we may assist you with very specialized projects and tasks that merely require branding, UX design, visual design, or development.

02. How much does a project cost?

This is essentially a 'it depends' situation. To offer *some* indication, modest projects typically cost between USD 15-30K, medium-sized projects between USD 30-70K, and large projects between USD 70-120K.

03. Who will I be working with during a project, and are there other stakeholders involved?

For smaller projects, a specialist designer or developer will work alongside a project manager. Large projects often require our entire team, including our hands-on founders.

04. What do you need from me (as a potential client) in order for you to prepare an estimate?

These subjects are quite useful to us: product or company description, project goals, business model, target audience and market description, necessary key deliverables, product scope, creative direction, timeframe and budget. But please don't suppress any other thoughts that may appear unrelated. Every bit of information is useful.

05. What’s the average length of a project?

Projects usually run between 4 to to 12 weeks.

06. How is the price/cost structured for projects?

Ideally, projects have a clear scope, allowing our staff to estimate the effort. Typically, this results in a fixed fee for a fixed scope. Long-term collaborations are enjoyable. That's why we frequently expand projects to improve them further. Smaller projects or activities can be priced on an hourly basis of USD 125. You can also set up retainers to pre-buy hours of our resources and talent.

07. We have an in-house Design/Development team. Do and how do you collaborate with them?

Such a model facilitates our communication and project management. We frequently collaborate with in-house teams because startups or scaleups generally already have a team in place.

08. How will you handle confidential property rights?

Everyone who works for and at Yummygum has signed a confidentiality agreement that protects any information provided by our clients. We recognize that your strategic ideas are both significant and delicate. In other words, your company's secrets are secure with us!
